- Each 60 minute class rotates cardio on a treadmill) and strength training in 5, 10, or 15 minute intervals.
- Classes are tailored to meet every level of fitness from beginner to advanced.
- Sessions are available in single or group packages.
- Our certified instructors incorporate music and strength training into each class.
- Free water and towel service.
