Our Signature 45 and 60 minute full body workouts are custom designed by our expert trainers to efficiently strengthen all muscle groups, maximize calorie burn, increase endurance and boost metabolism. Every 5-15 minutes you will transition between cardio intervals on the treadmill and strength training routines on the floor. You will BURN 600-900 calories. Want to see results? We recommend BURNing 3-4 times a week.
