For Wes, "Fitness Is Life," literally! Wes has been sports training since he was 5 years old. Boxing, kick-boxing, gymnastics, soccer, dance, and weight training over a lifetime have been infused into his style and approach. His classes provide a progressive interval workout that is designed to challenge all levels while including techniques from his unique and varied background. Wes loves to socialize, travel, and enjoy good food!
