The 60 Minute Workout
The Burn 60® class is divided into alternating intervals: walking, jogging or running on a treadmill alternating with floor work consisting of a combination of strength and resistance training utilizing ever changing routines of weights, bars, bands, kettle bells, bosu balls, plyometrics and other state-of-the-art exercise equipment. With the instruction of the most experienced and elite personal trainers, each class is designed to maximize calorie burn (up to 600 calories per class), increase strength and stamina while sculpting your body like no other workout. Regardless of fitness level or age, Burn 60® will make you better, stronger, leaner, faster and more flexible – guaranteed.
Perpetual Burn
Perpetual motion is the theme of this workout. Active rest, high and low intensity treadmill intervals coupled with strength, power, agility and endurance floor work are combined to promote 'Fat-For-Fuel'. This workout is specifically designed to utilize fat stores for energy instead of muscle tissue. Each workout is unique, fun, intense and dynamic. Using a multi-disciplinary approach via Full Body workouts with Treadmills, TRX, Slamballs, Kettlebells, Ropes and Agility Ladders. Perpetual Burn is designed to shock the body into adaptation and make this dynamic workout unequalled for increasing 'Lean Body' mass while 'Burning body fat!
Upper Body
This blood-pumping workout focuses on the largest muscles in your upper body- Back and Chest. Training these muscle groups together means you’re always moving. Your heart rate is high and your body is burning max. calories, while sculpting,toning and strengthening.
Arms & Abs
We combine an intense treadmill workout with a strength training circuit that focuses on tightening your core muscles and toning the arms to create a lean and sculpted upper body.
Burn Endurance
This high energy, full body routine is based on a precisely designed treadmill and floor workout. Each run varies in speed and timing and is designed for all levels of fitness. Learn the safest, most effective way to maximize your ability to walk, jog, or run. This class is a monster of a calorie burn and will leave you stronger, leaner, and most importantly inspired.
Full Body Burn
The name says it all. We aim to hit every muscle group in the body. No one-muscle group will reach complete exhaustion, so it makes sense to hit this workout between isolation workouts such as Upper Body or Lower Body. This class will always be a surprise, utilizing different equipment and different movements to deliver a tough, comprehensive strength and cardio session.
Circuit 60
Circuit 60 focuses on isolating specific muscle groups throughout the body from top to bottom. The circuit is designed to allow for functional training as well as hitting those vanity muscles (biceps, triceps, shoulders). The class rotates between a 15 minute walk/jog/run followed by a 10-15 minute floor sequence X2. The class involves some equipment that has never been used in a typical Burn 60 class. If you are up for an intense challenge….this class is for you.
Burn 600
Yes...Burn at least 600 calories or more! This ever-changing routine incorporates weights, bars, bands, benches, kettle bells, bosu balls, and plyometrics. Maximize your calorie burn; increase your strength and stamina while sculpting your body. Regardless of your age or fitness level, Burn 600 will make you stronger, leaner, faster, and more fexible – guaranteed.
Freedom Flow Yoga
As you may know, there are many different types of yoga. What I teach is a form of hatha yoga called vinyasa flow. This type of yoga uses your own breath to guide you through a series of postures that have been carefully selected to strengthen and lengthen your muscles, increase mobility in your joints, and increase your mind-body connection. I love this this type of yoga because of its dynamic and spontaneous nature.
What you can expect from attending my classes:
- Your body will feel completely different afterward.
- You will have a new awareness of how the breath can be better used to serve you on and off the mat.
- Regular attendance gives you increased physical and mental flexibility, and increased muscle tone.

Tabata Thursday
This is a must for fat loss and strength endurance! This program is engineered to increase your resting metabolic rate so that you burn more fat AFTER you’re done. It is an hour of strength, speed, and rest intervals designed to increase oxygen uptake and anaerobic capacity. The bonus is that your metabolism is elevated for the remainder of the day, long after the workout ends, so that you continue to burn more calories than you would otherwise.
Kids Cardio and Conditioning
Burn 60® Kids focuses on building a solid foundation for growth, core strength, stability and overall fitness. This innovative class taught by two top personal trainers is designed specifically for boys and girls ages 9-14. This class caters to kids of all fitness levels, who want to increase their core strength, flexibility, and have fun with exercise.
