Reebok Deck

The Reebok Deck offers all the advantages of a height-adjustable aerobic step but with the addition of an adjustable back. This allows strength, endurance and power exercises to be undertaken.

Kettle Bells

A piece of equipment that has been around since the 1700s, Kettle Bells help develop total body strength, power, and endurance by working the body across a wide range of angles and increasing your dynamic flexibility. The off-centered weight of kettlebells increases the demand placed on core stabilization, agility, and proprioception.
