CONQUER A MILESTONE
Do you have what it takes to be Elite? Set a goal to conquer an entire level of in-class challenges during your first month.
HIT IT 3-4X
To hit your goals, get your BURN on 3-4X a week. Consistency is the key to success.
Drink 8oz of water after each class, eat a high carb protein rich snack and get 8-10 hours of sleep to maximize your results. Going to class is only half of the equation.
