Burn 60 is a results-driven, high intensity workout for all fitness levels that combines the spirit of group training with personalized attention from an expert trainer.

 
 

THE METHOD

 

Our 45-60 minute classes consist of track-style cardiovascular training complimented by full body functional training on the floor. The result, a stronger, leaner and toned body. Expect to burn 500-900 calories each workout and to see results within your first two weeks.

Our seamless pre-workout experience allows you to focus on what really matters - the workout! Reserve a treadmill online, use our self-check-in system and grab a fresh towel before heading into our state-of-the-art training facility. Fitted with Woodway treadmills, CrossCore rotational body weight systems and an arsenal of strength and resistance training equipment.
