Keith Anthony
As a young athlete Anthony learned early the importance of caring for one’s body after seeing teammates sidelined by injuries and realizing that time away from a beloved sport or fitness regiment cost people, even young ones valuable growth and maturity – both on and off the field.
Anthony’s belief that "you can run faster, and jump higher, and last longer" than you did yesterday compelled him to continue his pursuit of fitness both on the field and in the classroom throughout his undergraduate studies at the University of California at Berkeley from which he earned a BA before pursuing a graduate degree at The University of Southern California. In addition to these degrees, Anthony is certified in nutrition and fitness by the National Council of Certified Personal Trainers, (NCCPT).
Anthony believes that, “fitness is about identifying your weaknesses and improving them through the hard work of running faster, jumping higher and doing it longer”. His classes are designed to improve attendees speed, power, mobility, accuracy and endurance and are sure to leave you feeling better about your body after class than you did before – a confidence he hopes will improve all aspects students’ lives.
