Ryan Harney

A native of Massachusetts Harney began his college career at the University of New Haven where he was a wide receiver for their Division II Football team before returning home to earn a BS in Sports Management from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. After graduation, he put his degree to work in the corporate world moving to Chicago with Hersey Meters where he was promoted from sales representative to a regional sales manager within a few short years. Despite the corporate kudos however, Harney soon realized that corporations and bitter cold were not for him; so he moved to Los Angeles in 2009 where, through hard work and study, he has turned his passion for fitness into a career. Now an A.C.E. certified personal trainer and Burn 60 fixture, Harney is dedicated to making every one of his classes a full body, ‘wicked awesome’ fat burning hour.
