THE METHOD

 

Our 45-60 minute HIIT classes consist of track-style cardiovascular training complimented by functional training on the floor. This legendary combo keeps your heart rate elevated, and sends your metabolism through the roof (expect to BURN 500-900 calories!). The result, a stronger, leaner and healthier you in as little as two weeks.

FULL BODY BURN: SUN/WED/SAT

The ultimate full body workout. Alternating between the treadmill and floor, you’ll be challenged with the perfect combination of strength, endurance and stability training. Our top-tier trainers will keep your heart rate up as you sculpt your ideal physique.

UPPER BODY BURN: MON/THU

You will focus on your upper body from back to biceps for the floor portion of the workout. Partner this with 5, 10 or 15-minute endurance runs and carefully-designed core work to sculpt your upper half.

LOWER BODY BURN: TUE/FRI

If you work the top, you must work the bottom. This class focuses on your glutes, hips, abdominals, and legs. Coupled with sprints and shorter runs, this class is a must for defined abs and increased calorie burn.
