Burn 60 is high-intensity interval training for all fitness levels. Our signature full body training program is designed to maximize calorie burn, increase your metabolism and tone muscles. You’ll be burnin’ all day and night baby!
Every class is original and each trainer brings their own creative spin. So don’t worry, you’ll never get bored. If you’re not into the whole running thing or want to switch it up on the floor, our trainers are more than happy to customize the workout to your needs. Personal attention is our forte 😉.
PICK A CLASS, ANY CLASS
We offer 45 and 60-min classes. You'll alternate between cruisin' on the tread and workin' your upper, lower or full body on the floor depending on the day of the week. If you’re new to group fitness, we recommend booking a 45-min class for your first burn.

Sign-in, take a tour and get to know your trainer before class starts.
TRY A HEART RATE MONITOR
Monitor your heart rate and see how many calories you're BURNing in real time on the in-class performance boards. We’ll send you a workout summary after class.
GRAB A WATER BOTTLE + TOWEL
They’re on the house! You can refuel anytime using our in-studio filtered water dispensers.
