HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR CLASS?
You can sign up by visiting the SCHEDULE page, calling one of our studios, or using our FREE MOBILE APP. Available on the Apple and Android app store. Click "Reserve" on your desired class time and select your preferred treadmill spot. If you are in group 1, you start on the treadmill. If you are in group 2, you can start anywhere on the floor, but you must use your assigned treadmill.
What do I need to wear?
Wear a moisture wicking top, shorts or leggings and a good pair of running shoes... get ready to sweat!
HOW EARLY DO I NEED TO ARRIVE?
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your class. The front desk staff will sign you in, give you a studio tour, and introduce you to your trainer.
WHERE DO I PARK?
Both of our locations offer parking:
Brentwood: Parking is available in the VA lot at 201 S. Barrington Place, between 6AM and 10PM. From 6AM-5PM: $3 stickers for 1 hour validation are available for purchase at our front desk (the $3 rate is for the first hour only), for every 15 minutes thereafter it is an additional $1.25.
$7 flat rate parking is available after 5PM. There is also metered parking throughout the Village and some residential parking in the area. Neighborhood and metered parking also available.
West Hollywood: Free parking is located above Pavilions. Take the ramp up to the second level.
Do you have locker rooms & SHOWERS?
Unfortunately, no. We do have personal cubbies located inside the studio where you can store your belongings and a bathroom/changing areas stocked with every amenity you need. A portion of the cubbies in each studio are equipped with iPhone and Android chargers to use while you are in class.
do I need to bring A water Bottle or Towel?
No! We offer complimentary BURN 60 water bottles to first time Burn-ers and towels for all of our clients. A filtered water dispenser is located within the studio that allows for quick refills during class. If you prefer to use our own water bottle, you are more than welcome to use your own!
Will you watch my child or dog?
While we love your future Burners and fuzzy friends, we are unable to leave children and pets unattended in our studio lobbies.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
An exhilarating full body workout, lead by an expert trainer to the beat of a heart-pumping playlist. Every 2-10 minutes you will transition between cardio intervals on the treadmill and strength training routines on the floor using free weights, CrossCores and other workout equipment.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
Cancellations must be received 12 hours prior to your scheduled class with no penalty. If you forget or don’t cancel in time, you will still be charged for the class. Unlimited members who cancel within the 12 hour window will receive a $20 late cancel charge. Unlimited members who do not show up will receive a $25 penalty fee. Class package clients will forfeit their class credit.
WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE?
Please notify the studio if you have a confirmed reservation and are running late for class. We will release your reservation to the waitlist 5 minutes after class start time.
CAN I SWITCH MY CLASS TIME?
Same day switches accrue a $10 class change fee.
WHAT IF I AM NOT A RUNNER?
Don't worry! Walk, jog and run at your own pace. Burn 60 is a judge free zone. The speeds are intended to push you, not demotivate you. You know your body best.
Do I have to be in really good shape?
BURN 60 is for everyone! We have incredible stories of weight loss, injury rehab, pre and post pregnancy, and eighty-one year old clients. If your doctor says it's ok, then sign up. Our trainers will personally work with you to modify each run and exercise based on your ability.
HOW IS BURN DIFFERENT FROM OTHER INTERVAL WORKOUTS?
BURN 60 is a full body workout. Every time. Why? Because it is the most efficient way to get RESULTS. Our experienced trainers have full creative power over their workouts, which leads to a more personalized experience that is unique every class. We also have an array of fitness equipment which means creative routines, every time. Your mind and body are always challenged.
HOW DO I CANCEL/RESCHEDULE A CLASS?
You can cancel/reschedule a class by logging into your profile on the website or mobile app. Cancellations must be received 12 hours prior to the start of the class or you will be charged full price. Please notify the studio if you have a confirmed reservation and are running late for class. We will release your reservation to the waitlist 5 minutes after class start time.
Do I have to buy a membership?
No. We offer a single class drop-in and 5, 10 and 20 packs. Class packages do have expiration dates and memberships are auto-renew.
How do I purchase a gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased in-store or by calling the front desk.
